Fouling Corrosion Analysis of Hydrocracking Heat Exchanger

Hydrocracking is one of the commonly used oil processing technology, in which the process conditions are under high temperature and high pressure. For the oil contains sulfur and other impurities, the hydrocracking unit can be corroded easily. The ion chromatography and X-ray fluorescence spectrum are used to study the fouling problem occurred in 2 # hydrocracking unit E104 heat exchanger of SINOPEC Tianjin branch, and the causes of the corrosion fouling are analyzed from the scale of mechanism and nature of the material. The effective solving measures of fouling in hydrocracking unit heat exchanger are put forward.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Oman Crude Oil

In order to more fully rational use of Oman crude oil, the comprehensive evaluation of its properties was carried out. The results show that the freezing point of crude oil is low, as lower than -35 ℃, 20 ℃ density of 0.866 0 g/cm3, API° 31.11, the sulfur content of 1.41%, belong to the sulfur intermediate base crude oil. lower than 360 ℃ fraction yield was 4456%, lower than 520 ℃ fraction total 67.03%. The crude oil, light oil yield, total is higher, metal nickel and vanadium content is higher. This article carries on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the nature of each fraction, and is suitable for processing scheme was put forward.
